You can't trust your brain

Can you trust anything your brain says? It generates a list of rational reasons of why what you do is unhealthy, why you must quit. thing you know that very brain tells you “it’s okay to take a look”, “you will just browse”, “let’s window shop”. It knows there are triggers but chooses to throw you under the bus. Like it’s toying with you. Dangling the normality in-front of your face by being reasonable, then leads you down the rabbit hole, so your downfall hurts a dozen times more.
You need to stop thinking. Your brain isn’t your friend. Switch it off. Let’s train you to switch it off.
