I wear the tena slip maxi diaper. I wear some black leggings over my diaper, I realize it feels fuller because I wet my diaper then I run my long nails over the diaper and squeeze it while still wearing the leggings then I take off the leggings and begin to rub myself in a naughty way and then pull on the diaper and run my nails over it some more, squeeze it as well and then finally rip a hole in the middle of the diaper with my nails and squeeze it some more.
