Sparring with Irene (Ft Irene Silver)

Since this was our first time visiting Irenes studio, it made sense to let Her show off Her skills and specialties. What does that mean for dummy? An opportunity to spar with Irene, a skilled fighter. Dummy on the other hand, has absolutely no idea what hes doing. Even his fighting stance was incredibly shaky.
So of course, this is merely sparring and not any kind of serious fight. Its playful in nature, but still has his adrenaline going big time, simply trying to defend against all of Irenes punches and spinning kicks. Imagine standing across from Irene and seeing one of Her high kicks flying at you! There were a few moments that he was ducking into the punches and kicks and Irene was careful enough to hold back. At one point after being socked enough times She changed it up and took him to the ground and applied a submission hold instead.
Everyone had fun, but dummy has a LOT of training to do if hes ever going to be remotely competitive. Irene is a great instructor however and really shows off Her skill set in this one!
