Reagan has a score to settle with Dr. Tilly concerning her long-term lover, a certain Henry Lee Dawkins. He’s been imprisoned in a maximum security prison for the past year and happens to be under her care. Because of her psychiatric evaluation on the patient, he’s looking at the electric chair. The doctor has agreed to see her but since Reagan booked an appointment under the pretences of needing one herself and didn’t mention Henry, Tilly isn’t aware of the connection. The office is undergoing extensive renovation, which means the pair meet in her home above the practise. 
At first the atmosphere is friendly. Tilly welcomes her in, sits her down and asks her what specifically she wished to discuss. Her interest in sincere. She’s renowned for her patient care and for good reason. She wants to get right to the heart of whatever problems exist. Reagan chuckles to herself wryly and shakes her head. “You have no idea who I am, do you?” Dr. Tilly admits to not knowing, so Reagan breaks it down to her,  then proposes a deal. 
While Tilly works on a reevaluation to ensure that Henry doesn’t get the chair, and while he sits in prison, her and Tilly are to meet alone so she can get a little of what she’s missing while he’s locked away. Tilly is, after all, in part responsible for his extreme sentence. She’s a good looking woman, too, in that serious sort of way, and if a conjugal visit doesn’t get approved any time in the near future, a woman’s got to take matters into her own hands.
