Take your hand and reach down and feel what is down there. You will no longer think of that as a penis, it is just another part of your body, one that just exists there. You will no longer get pleasure from it, it is just there. It will never again be used in a sexual way, no arousal, no erection, just a dangling piece of you.
You might want to touch it, you might start to feel a stirring when you look at women, but you will ignore. You will allow that feeling to go away and not do anything to take care of it. You can have a cold shower. You can think of other things, but you will not touch it as if it were a thing meant for pleasure. That is not a penis, its just another part of your body that has purpose, but not for arousal or pleasure.
