Noah’s taking a nap as Kody, Savannah and Macy come in to mess with him. Kody pins his hands behind his back as they start ticking his feet. Kody then make  him to put on a dress and a pair of panties. While he’s changing they plot to give him an embarrassing wedgie. Noah comes back and the girls give him a wedgie so hard that they rip his panties. They start to tickle his feet again and continue until they’ve decided that he’s had enough.
