A slave signs up for personal training at the chambers of Lady Dark Angel where additionally in attendance is Mistress Frankie. However he had not realised as Lady Dark Angel suggested, that these Ladies were personal trainers who liked to whip their boys into shape.  He is then put through various exercises to extend his endurance including a unique form of weigh-training, all of course administered with bullwhips. This slave must be having regrets he did not read the fine print!!
