Mistress Cleo smokes and crushes the slave ball

Mistress Cleo loves to cause pain. Therefore, the slave must place one of his balls under the foot of the chair. On which the mistress sits, jumps and nests with pleasure. The slave suffers great torment. This is not enough for Mistress Cleo, so she lights a cigarette and uses the slave’s mouth as an ashtray. Mistress Cleo extinguishes her cigarette with the slave’s tongue.
