One of my recruits fucked up and I caught him. He decided to sneak off base late at night to go have sex with a civilian. While he was “sneaking in”, more like waking up the whole damn camp, I found him. 
As punishment I place him in chastity and whack his balls 100 times as he’s made to count each one. During all of this I quiz him about his sexual rendezvous and he has to relive the failed encounter and admit his humiliating lack of talent in the bedroom.
