Locked in hospital with nurse JJ Plush

JJ plays a nurse at a hospital and has her male patient in a straitjacket and strapped down to his bed.  Eventually she lets him up and removes his hood and jacket.  she puts metal shackles on and a metal yoke.  She wheels him out in a wheel chair and then makes him walk back and forth for exercise.  she chains him to the ceiling and adds more chains.  The ring gag is replaced with a stuffing gag and she then teases him with her feet before leaving him alone.
