(… continued from part 1 B …) After a painful night poor Emily limps down the stairs on the outside of her pantyhosed smashed foot, then she takes one of the crutches and crutch hops around in the house for a while.
She sits down and puts a long white sock on. Then the friend comes along again to pick her up with the car. Emily crutches around in the house and puts one shoe on the good foot, then she
crutches out of the house and to the car.
