Dirty diaper work out

Getting on the treadmill but pretty soon I start to feel my belly bubbling, it feels awful! I try so hard to keep walking, I need my work out! eventually I cant hold it any longer and need to stop and squat and push a big wet mess into my diaper… “AH! so much better! I can finish my work out now!”
