Chilly morning: shivering and teeth chattering

[custom] It is exceptionally cold in my room. My circulation is not good and I am iron deficient. If I’m not bundled up, I’m freezing! The air conditioner turns on and it is even. colder…  I shiver so strongly I struggle to even speak at times. But it doesn’t stop there. I am cold but I have become a bit masochistic. I find some ice and try to hold it in my mouth. My teeth didn’t stop chattering after I finished filming.
