It is a no smoking school.
So, she is going to teach him a lesson.
She is a much more experienced smoker than he is, so is going to smoke two in quick succession.
She is going to use him as an ashtray, blowing smoking in his face. Coughing in his face. Spitting in his face and using his mouth as an ashtray. To both flick the ash and extinguish the cigarettes.
