Apparently Bella Ink has pissed off someone in the mob and now they want to teach her a permanent lesson.  The sexy, busty beauty is tied down to a sofa in a cheap hotel on the bad side of town.  Bella’s head is tied directly underneath a hanging fixture that’s barely hanging on.  And hanging from the fixture is a money bag filled with gold coins.
