Aromatic medical penis removal SPH – DOCTOR, PENECTOMY, AROMA

My job is to fix small penises, but sometimes i cannot help at all… You know, there are some VERY tiny penises and those often causing mental problems for the patients, and there is nothing I can do but to remove the unpleasant organs… The penis of my patient today is terribly small …. It’s disgustingly ugly.  I will try to inspire him with medical aroma, and i will even take out my breasts to see his erection … But it’s so tiny that it can’t be fucking fixed at all . I can’t even see it! While the patient is constantly inhaling aroma i will perform a quick surgery to remove that micro penis at once …  I’ll leave the testicles on . I will create a hole in between his legs, so like that he will be available to urinate, yet his ugly balls will stay on forever. What a joke! I want to make him suffer, he won’t get any satisfaction ever again … His hormones will work as the same way, but he won’t be able to reach any orgasms from now on . Do you ask me : why?
