Alexa's debut

We introduce Alexa, she trains crossfit and lifts weights, but wants to try her luck on this field, so after showing her some videos and teaching some basic movements, we release her into the mats with Carlos ( another newbie), they both have the same size ( 1.65m ), similar weight ( 63 kgs) … so let’s start the action.
