The Rules:
 
1. There are 6 rounds
2. There are 18 candles in the first round, and 20 burning candles each in round 2,3 and 4.
3. Adell’s task is to extinguish each candle within 7 seconds using only the middle part the sole of her foot the first time (rounds 1-4) or the whole sole of the foot (rounds 5 and 6)
4. If a candle is not extinguished or the task is not done correctly – punishment – 10 hard bastinado strokes per candle.
