Charlotte is a catburglar but is already arrested and in custody. But can she make a deal with Officer Sandy? Maybe so, Charlotte will do anything. So she is given an experimental convict outfit of orange and black stripey tights. Looks great, she feels great. She is then handed a straitjacket and puts that on too.
